Giving Back
SOS Children’s Villages provide a nurturing and stable environment for children who have lost parental care.
The different starting lines in life, based on where and how you are born, are one of the biggest contributors to inequality across the globe. The children at SOS Children’s Villages, Cebu, have had the odds stacked against them, but we want to see them thrive.
So, when you become a member at Fox & Hare, you are not only taking your own first steps towards financial freedom. You are also contributing to the provision of food, shelter, security and care for the more than 100 children currently living with the adoptive families at SOS.
The Bob Brown Foundation is a Tasmanian activist organisation that aims to protect forests, wildlife and marine ecosystems in Tasmania, around Australia, in Antarctica and across our region.
70% of Australians want to see an end to native forest logging. And you can count us among them. We are committed to seeing an Australia where our forests are growing, not shrinking, and our children and grandchildren are guaranteed access to all of the natural beauty, diversity and splendour we have been lucky enough to enjoy ourselves. Our contribution to that goal is made through the Bob Brown Foundation.
The YWCA are a women-led organisation that advocate and deliver programs and services to develop the leadership and collective power of women and girls; provide support at critical times; and promote gender equality and community strengthening.
50% of the Fox & Hare member base, team and leadership are women. They are equally hard working, talented and successful in their respective fields, yet, they are 30% more likely to walk into retirement with less money. They are significantly more likely to be paid less for equal work and carry the lion’s share of unpaid labour at home. We hate this. And, aside from a raft of equality minded workplace policies, Fox & Hare are committed to our role in shaping a more equal future for women and girls. Our support for YWCA is a fiscal contribution to this goal.
